when it comes to winter, it's no more walking down to uni unless the bus is late, EXTRA late.
even the kvartal is just a stone throw away, and you still wanna ride on the bus. blame yourself.

i do feel of becoming less fit and also the uneven fat distribution.
no, SERIOUSLY!

when's the next futsal training jue???
i need it badly!

Health is health. Personally I think you have a healthy outlook on your body, unlike some girls I know who are forever obsessing about their looks and body. The secret is simple - a healthy regime, healthy eating habit, sports and happiness. I believe in eating and exercising at the same time. Don't starve yourself or go for those ridiculous diet routines, unless if your physician or nutritionist themselves advice you to (but they'd probably give you a more sensible advice). It's rubbish.
